We will outline all the particulars that make your home special and how they can schedule a day and time to preview your fabulous property.

We'll market your home to the world. Buyers will be able to visit your property, no matter where they are, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Prior to contacting their realtor or us directly to schedule a private showing.



What you can expect:

·         Just Listed notification sent directly to local real estate agents.
·         Professional interior/exterior and aerial photos (where permitted).
·         Coordinated and confirmed scheduled appointment showings.
·         An electronic or combination lock box provided with security notifications. 
          All showing activity monitored and feedback collected from realtors.             
·         All escrow deposits held by a licensed title company for safe keeping.
·         Community HOA documents will be uploaded to MLS when available.
·         Homeowner disclosures will be uploaded once completed to the MLS.    
·         We'll communicate & negotiate all contracts with our client's involvement.
          Professional representation throughout the entire contracted timeline.
